Hi, can someone explain how this library work? And how it can be implement into own project?

Thank you for your interest in Concrete. Assuming you are familiar with Rust, you could start by reading this particular page Installation — Concrete library 0.1.9 documentation that explains technically how to start with concrete.

After that, depending on how familiar you are with TFHE, I strongly encourage you to follow the first tutorials that will introduce a lot of the concepts required to understand how to use Concrete library.
