Licence for private companies

Hello,

Maybe I miss the adequate documentation or the right contact, I am sorry in advance to open this ticket if so.
I would like to know more about your open-source licence, and potential use for a private company to build on top of concrete/concrete ML. I read How we monetize our open-source products at Zama and found “If a company open sources their code under GPL, they can sell the same code with a non-GPL license to companies that don’t want to worry about the GPL copyleft provision”

What should I know or contact to know more about this?

Hello,

As mentioned in the topic you may have already read: About the Zama open-source licenses we are using BSD3-clear license, GPL was just an example.

Our licensing model is pretty simple: free for developing a POC, non-free for commercial usage.

If you want to build a commercial solution on top of Concrete or Concrete-ML you are in the commercial case.

If you want to further discuss the topic, maybe we could arrange a small meeting. Let me know.
