Threshold Encryption Support in tfhe-rs

I am currently working on my master’s thesis in cybersecurity at the University of Twente, focusing on multiparty homomorphic encryption, specifically threshold encryption.

While researching threshold support, I came across the tfhe-rs repository, particularly issue #381, which suggests that threshold encryption is still under development.

Could you provide any updates on the current level of support for threshold encryption in tfhe-rs and any planned developments in this area?

The threshold decryption protocole is what will be implemented and used by the fhevm, it’s not yet open source.

It won’t be part of TFHE-rs itself (at least at first)
